A series of workouts to help you fully understand and fix your arabesque.
Arabesque is one of the trickiest movements that require deliberate practice in order to be performed nicely. It’s necessary to have strong balance, pointy feet, proper rotation of hips, and stretched legs. Let's do some conditioning exercises to prepare our legs, feet and posture for this movement.
